The position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Joint Committee set up by Article 12 of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Azerbaijan on the facilitation of the issuance of visas, with regard to the adoption of common guidelines for the implementation of that Agreement, shall be based on the draft Decision of the Joint Committee attached to this Decision.

La position de la Communauté européenne au comité mixte de l’EACE institué par l’article 18 de l’accord multilatéral entre la Communauté européenne et ses États membres, la République d’Albanie, l’ancienne République yougoslave de Macédoine, la Bosnie-et-Herzégovine, la République de Bulgarie, la République de Croatie, la République d’Islande, la République du Monténégro, le Royaume de Norvège, la Roumanie, la République de Serbie, et la Mission d’administration intérimaire des Nations unies au Kosovo sur la création d’un espace aérien commun européen, concernant la modification de l’annexe I dudit accord, est fondée sur l’annexe de la présente décision.
The position of the European Community in the ECAA Joint Committee set up by Article 18 of the Multilateral Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Serbia and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo on the establishment of a European Common Aviation Area, with regard to the amendment of Annex I to the Agreement, shall be based on the Annex to this Decision.

4. The Joint Customs Cooperation Committee will report annually to the Joint Commission set up under Article 22 of the Cooperation agreement between the European Community and the Republic of India on Partnership and Development.

2. Though the establishment of a consultative mechanism for dialogue between the regional and local authorities of the two Parties is not explicitly provided for in the aforementioned Europe Agreement, the Commission proposes that a Joint Consultative Committee representing the regional and local authorities of both parties be set up by the Association Council in support of the keen interest expressed, in this respect, by both sides, represented by the Committee of the Regions, of the part of the Community, and by the Slovak Liaison Committee for Co-operation with the Committee of the Regions of the European Communities, of the part of the Slovak Republic.
