Le Comité invite donc également tous les États membres (ainsi que, le cas échéant, le secteur privé) à réaliser enfin, de leur côté, les objectifs de la stratégie de Lisbonne, qui font désormais partie intégrante de la stratégie Europe 2020, et à consacrer 3 % du PIB à la recherche et au développement.
The Committee therefore also urges all Member States (and, where relevant, the private sector too), for their part, to finally meet the targets of the Lisbon Strategy – now also incorporated in the Europe 2020 strategy – by investing 3 % of GDP in research and development.

Deplores the continued disregard for Sergeant Shalit's basic human rights and the fact that his family and the Israeli and French authorities have been prevented from obtaining information regarding his well-being; therefore urges Hamas to allow the International Committee of the Red Cross to visit Sergeant Shalit without delay, and to permit him to communicate with his family in accordance with the Third 1949 Geneva Convention;

La Commission invite donc le Conseil, les États membres réunis au sein du Conseil, le Comité des régions, le Comité social et économique européen et le Parlement européen à soutenir l'élaboration d'une approche holistique des autorités locales en tant qu'acteurs du développement aux niveaux mondial, européen et national, au moyen des outils décrits ci-avant.
The Commission therefore invites the Council, the Member States meeting within the Council, the Committee of the Regions, the European Social and Economic Committee and the European Parliament, to support the development of a holistic approach to local authorities as actors in development, at global, European and national level, using tools such as outlined above.

La Commission invite donc le Conseil, le Parlement européen et les comités de niveau 2 et de niveau 3 à approuver en priorité les initiatives exposées dans la présente communication en vue d’atteindre un degré plus élevé de convergence des pratiques de surveillance dans l’UE.
The Commission therefore calls on the Council, European Parliament and the Level 2 and 3 Committees to endorse as a matter of priority the initiatives outlined in this Communication with a view to reaching greater convergence of supervisory practices in the EU.

Calls once again therefore on the Member States to revise the provisions of the EC Treaty concerning the common commercial policy so as to guarantee full involvement of the European Parliament in this sphere, by providing for the European Parliament to be consulted on the negotiating mandates to be given to the Commission, opening up the 133 Committee to the European Parliament's representatives, and requiring the European Parliament's assent to all trade agreements;

36. invite donc de nouveau les Etats membres à réformer les dispositions du Traité CE concernant la politique commerciale commune d’une façon qui garantisse la pleine association du Parlement européen dans ce domaine, en prévoyant sa consultation sur les mandats de négociation à donner à la Commission, l’ouverture du comité 133 à ses représentants et son avis conforme sur tous les accords commerciaux;
