Le président du comité d’appel transmet l’invitation, les projets d’actes d’exécution et les autres documents utiles aux membres du comité d’appel suffisamment tôt avant la date de la réunion, compte tenu de l’urgence et de la complexité du dossier, et au plus tard quatorze jours civils avant cette date, conformément à l'article 1er, paragraphe 4.

8 (1) Sur transmission de l’avis d’appel, le président du comité de révision, après consultation de l’évaluateur, fixe une date d’audience et, au moins trente jours avant cette date, transmet par écrit aux parties et à toute personne dont le nom figure sur le rôle d’évaluation à l’égard du bien sujet à évaluation un avis précisant les date, heure et lieu de l’audience.
8 (1) On delivery of a notice of appeal to the assessor, the chairperson of the review board, in consultation with the assessor, shall schedule a hearing of the appeal and, at least 30 days before the day scheduled for the hearing, shall deliver a written notice of the date, time and place of the hearing to the parties and to each person named on the assessment roll in respect of the assessable property.
