3. Dans une limite de 3 % du budget d'un programme opérationnel du FSE ou de la contribution du FSE à un programme opérationnel multi-fonds, les dépenses engagées en-dehors de l'Union au titre de ces opérations sont éligibles, et sous réserve qu'elles portent sur les objectifs thématiques visés à l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point a) ou c), sous réserve que le comité de suivi concerné ait donné son accord à l'opération ou aux types d'opérations concernés.
3. Up to a limit of 3 % of the budget of an ESF operational programme or the ESF part of a multi-fund operational programme, expenditure incurred outside the Union shall be eligible for a contribution from the ESF provided that it concerns the thematic objectives under Article 3(1)(a) or Article 3(1)(c) and provided that the relevant monitoring committee has given its agreement to the operation or types of operations concerned.
