En réponse à la demande de plus de transparence, la Commission proposera, lors de la première réunion du comité de contact en 2004, de modifier l'article 7 du "règlement intérieur du comité de contact", en vertu duquel les comptes rendus des délibérations du comité de contact sont confidentiels à l'heure actuelle.
In response to the demand for more transparency the Commission will, at the first meeting of the Contact Committee in 2004, propose a change to Article 7 of the "Rules of Procedure of the Contact Committee", which at present declare the proceedings of the Contact Committee confidential.
