Je suis ravi que le comité de direction ait accepté les propositions faites par la commission du commerce international en ce qui concerne la restriction de l’accès au marché pour les produits portant un faux marquage CE ou un marquage CE abusif, car cela permettra de garantir plus facilement que les informations données aux consommateurs soient fiables, transparentes et permettent un champ d’action plus large pour entreprendre des actions contre les pratiques abusives qui transgressent les législations nationale et européenne.
I am delighted that the lead committee has accepted the proposals made by the Committee on International Trade regarding the restriction of market access for products with false or misleading CE marks, for this will make it easier to ensure that information given to consumers is reliable and transparent as well as creating broader scope for action against abusive practices that infringe national and EU legislation.
