Cet accord avait pour but de jeter les bases d'une coopération fructueuse entre la Commission et la BEI afin de trouver la meilleure manière de combiner les concours ISPA et les prêts accordés par la BEI.
The aim of the agreement was to set up the basis for successful co-operation between the Commission and the EIB, in order to identify how best to combine ISPA grants with loans provided by the EIB.

La demande d'autorisation de mise sur le marché d’un médicament combiné de thérapie innovante comporte une évaluation par un organisme choisi avec le concours du demandeur et notifié conformément à la directive 93/42/CEE ou à la directive 90/385/CEE du dispositif médical ou du dispositif médical implantable actif faisant partie du médicament combiné de thérapie innovante.
2. The application for a marketing authorisation for a combined advanced therapy medicinal product shall include an assessment by a notified body identified in conjunction with the applicant in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC or Directive 90/385/EEC of the medical device or active implantable medical device which forms part of the combined advanced therapy medicinal product.
