Vitorino, à proposer de consacrer cet argent d’ici à la fin de l’année, peut-être en partenariat avec le Parlement, à une campagne d’information ou à l’établissement d’une documentation permettant d’expliquer le résultat de la Convention et, je l’espère, le résultat de la conférence intergouvernementale, mais aussi de montrer en quoi cette nouvelle architecture institutionnelle à laquelle nous allons aboutir peut être utile pour des politiques concrètes en faveur des citoyens.
Like Mr Vitorino, I will endeavour to propose a use for this money by the end of the year, perhaps in partnership with Parliament, for an information campaign or to compile documents that will help to explain the outcome of the Convention and, I hope, the outcome of the Intergovernmental Conference, but also to show how this new institutional architecture we are going to have can be useful for specific policies to benefit the citizens.
