– J'ai voté en faveur du rapport de mon excellent collègue Espagnol, Gérardo Galeote, sur la proposition de décision du Conseil autorisant la France à appliquer un taux d'accise réduit sur le rhum "traditionnel" produit dans ses départements d'outre-mer et abrogeant la décision du Conseil du 18 février 2002.
