Je suis tout à fait d’accord avec l’affirmation de mon collègue député Marian Harkin, selon laquelle un manque de financement constitue le plus grand obstacle à l’heure actuelle, ce à quoi la Commission a fait référence. En outre, il y a trop de bureaucratie et de paperasserie.
I completely agree with my fellow Member Marian Harkin’s statement that a lack of finance is the biggest hindrance at present, and the Commission has referred to this. As well as that, there is too much bureaucracy or ‘red tape’ in place.
