Les ressources affectées à la cohésion économique, sociale et territoriale disponibles pour les engagements budgétaires pour la période 2014-2020, exprimées aux prix de 2011, s'élèvent à 325 145 694 739 EUR, conformément à la ventilation annuelle présentée à l'annexe III, dont 322 145 694 739 EUR représentent les ressources globales allouées au FEDER, au FSE et au Fonds de cohésion et 3 000 000 000 EUR représentent une dotation spécifique allouée à l'IEJ.

The resources for economic, social and territorial cohesion available for budgetary commitment for the period 2014 - 2020 shall be EUR 325 145 694 739 in 2011 prices, in accordance with the annual breakdown set out in Annex VI, of which EUR 322 145 694 739 represents the global resources allocated to the ERDF, the ESF and the Cohesion Fund and EUR 3 000 000 000 represents a specific allocation for the YEI.

Je suis convaincu que la diminution du nombre d’objectifs fixés dans le cadre de la prochaine période de programmation rendra plus cohérente la nouvelle politique de cohésion régionale et lui apportera, comme il se doit, un nouveau dynamisme pour faire face aux défis qui l’attendent, tant et si bien que l’objectif de la cohésion territoriale sera atteint lui aussi et, s’il le faut, indépendamment du budget alloué à la politique régionale et de cohésion, dont nous espérons encore qu’il sera suffisamment élevé pour nous permettre d’accomplir les missions qui nous attendent.
I am persuaded that the reduction in the number of goals for the coming planning period will make the new regional cohesion policy more coherent. The new regional cohesion policy, with fewer targets to meet in the next planning period, must – and will – gain new dynamism in facing up to the challenges that await it, so that the objective of territorial cohesion, too, will be achieved, and, indeed, if need be, independently of the budget funding provided for regional and cohesion policy, which we still hope will be substantial enough to enable us to perform the tasks set us.
