Quand on lit le Rapport Chambers, il y a quelque chose de très clair qui ressort, soit qu'il ne fallait pas parler de système scolaire intégré au Québec, qu'il y avait un certain nombre d'écoles anglophones, mais qu'il n'y avait pas cette cohésion que viendra donner l'amendement s'il est adopté.
Something stands out very clearly when you read the Chambers report. The report says that Quebec's school system is not integrated, that there are a number of English language schools, but that the coherence the amendment will provide if it is passed is lacking at present.
