46. se félicite que la République tchèque ait déjà pu clore 24 chapitres de négociation, et espère que les chapitres "transports" et "concurrence" seront clos sous la présidence espagnole, et les autres pour la fin de 2002; de plus, invite la République tchèque à assurer, conformément aux engagements qu'elle a pris dans le cadre du chapitre "énergie", un degré élevé de sûreté nucléaire dans les centrales de Temelin et de Dukovany, et cela dès la période de préadhésion;
46. Welcomes the fact that the Czech Republic has already been able to close 25 negotiating chapters and expects that the transport and competition chapters will be closed under the Spanish Presidency and the remaining chapters by the end of 2002; furthermore, calls on the Czech Republic to comply – also during the pre-accession period – with its obligations entered into under the energy chapter concerning the attainment of a high level of nuclear safety in relation to the nuclear power stations at Temelin and Dukovany;
