TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

- Madame la Présidente, Messieurs les Présidents, chers collègues, les conclusions du Conseil sur la politique économique et le pacte euro plus ouvrent une véritable boîte de Pandore européenne d’où ne surgissent que des maux auxquels les citoyens européens devront faire face.
– (FR) Madam President, Mr Van Rompuy, Mr Barroso, ladies and gentlemen, the Council’s conclusions on economic policy and the Euro Plus Pact open up a real European Pandora’s box, out of which only problems will arise, and European citizens will have to face those problems.

Finally, the question is: how long will Europeans have to wait for transparency of information to be applied to the nuclear sector?

H. considérant, dans la mesure où seuls 50 % des citoyens européens ont accès à l'Internet, que la création et la mise en œuvre de services relevant de l'e-Justice devront respecter pleinement les principes de transparence, d'égalité devant la loi et de publicité et que ces services devront être, au moins pendant la période de transition, facultatifs et complémentaires par rapport aux pratiques suivies jusqu'à présent dans les États membres,
H. whereas, since only 50% of European citizens have access to the Internet, the development and implementation of e-Justice services should go hand in hand with absolute observance of the principles of transparency, equality before the law and public scrutiny and should, at least during the transitional period, be supplementary and optional in nature in relation to the practices pursued hitherto in the Member States,

Governments must also put more emphasis on education and training in order to equip European citizens with the necessary skills for an information society, while promoting the involvement of the private sector on innovation and RD activities. Such efforts have to be made in a framework of sound fiscal policies with the increase in capital accumulation being financed through expenditure restructuring and not via an increase in overall public spending.

Pour y parvenir, la Commission propose 10 domaines d'action prioritaire et des objectifs ambitieux qui devront être réalisés grâce à l'action conjointe de la Commission, des États membres, des entreprises et des citoyens européens.
To achieve these objectives, the Commission proposes 10 priority areas for action with ambitious targets to be achieved through joint action by the Commission, the Member States, industry and the citizens of Europe.
