Il ressort de l’évaluation que les parties prenantes ont tendance à bien identifier les composantes du programme, mais non le CIP dans sa globalité: le CIP semble mal compris en tant que programme-cadre. Ceci tient aussi au fait qu’il s’agit d’un programme de création récente, au budget limité, et qui soutient un large éventail d’instruments ciblant plusieurs publics différents.
It was assessed that stakeholders tended to identify parts of the programme and not CIP as a whole: the evaluators considered that CIP is not well understood as a Framework Programme also due to the fact that it was a new framework programme, with a limited budget and supporting a wide array of instruments targeting a number of different audiences.
