TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

L’annexe III, section XIV, chapitre I, point 1, et section XV, chapitre I, point 1, du règlement (CE) no 853/2004 établit les exigences applicables aux matières premières utilisées pour la production de gélatine et de collagène destinés à être utilisés dans des denrées alimentaires.
Point 1 of Chapter 1 of Section XIV and point 1 of Chapter I of Section XV of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 lay down requirements for raw material used for the production of gelatine and collagen intended for use in food.

Il convient de modifier l’annexe III, section XV, chapitre I, point 1, en conséquence.
Point 1 of Chapter I of Section XV of Annex III should be amended accordingly.

Dans un souci de clarté, il convient que les déclarations relatives au bien-être animal dans les modèles de certificat sanitaire figurant à l’annexe XV, chapitre 3 D, chapitre 3 F, point II. 1.3 b) iv) et chapitre 8, point II. 2.2 b) iv), du règlement (UE) no 142/2011 soient actualisées.
For reasons of clarity the animal welfare statements in the model of health certificates Chapter 3(D), II. 1.3 (b)(iv) in Chapter 3(F) and II. 2.2(b)(iv) in Chapter 8 of Annex XV to Regulation (EU) No 142/2011 should be updated.

Les matières premières destinées à la production de gélatine ou de collagène non destinés à la consommation humaine peuvent être entreposées, traitées ou transformées dans les établissements autorisés expressément à ces fins, conformément à l’annexe III, section XIV, chapitre I, point 5, et section XV, chapitre I, point 5, du règlement (CE) no 853/2004, à condition que la transmission des risques de maladie soit empêchée par la séparation de ces matières premières de celles destinées à la production de produits d’origine animale.
2. Raw materials for the production of gelatine and collagen not intended for human consumption may be stored, treated or processed in the establishments specifically authorised in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 853/2004, Annex III, Section XIV, Chapter I, point 5, and Section XV, Chapter I, point 5, provided the transmission of disease risk is prevented by segregation of such raw materials from the raw materials for the production of products of animal origin.
