In its comments of 8 April 2009, Robin Hood Aviation expresses the opinion that the negative price constitutes State aid and that this State aid will have a negative impact on competition. Furthermore, it will strengthen the dominant position of Austrian Airlines and Lufthansa in the common market, which is why such State aid should be declared incompatible with the common market.
