I would note that if we do adhere to the convention and join the court, the court will be strengthened in two ways: first, financially because we will be contributing to it, and it is not a rich court; it needs all the support it can get; and, second, by being able to furnish judges to it, which some of the witnesses before the committee suggested would be useful to the court.
