The plaintiff acknowledges that the language of Article 14(1) of Directive 2010/24 seems to require that matters in relation to the claim, and the notification of the original Assessment act or the uniform instrument permitting enforcement should be taken in the applicant Member State (here Greece), and that Article 14(2) states that disputes concerning the enforcement measures taken in the requested Member State shall be brought before the competent body of that Member State.
