C'est pourquoi je plaide encore une fois pour que ces planifications abandonnent enfin, relativement aux réseaux transeuropéens, le principe des couloirs, et qu'elles adoptent plutôt l'approche par régions, c'est-à-dire, que l'on planifie les choses à partir de l'objectif, de ce que l'on veut atteindre, et puis que l'on examine quelle est la solution la meilleure et la plus durable, qui soit également intéressante pour les prochaines générations.
So I again urge that planning with regard to trans-European transport networks should at last leave the corridor approach behind, moving on instead to the regional approach, meaning that we plan with reference to a particular goal and in terms of what we want to achieve, and then check what is the best and most sustainable solution, one that will still work for the generations to come.
