Si je dis ceci, c'est qu'au cours des 20 années où j'ai été impliqué activement dans la politique fédérale, j'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer à plusieurs reprises de ces anciens combattants qui sont frustrés de voir que ceux et celles qui sont allés au front, ou qui ont participé directement à un conflit, portent une carte-santé et qu'ils la chérissent fortement.
The reason I am saying this is that for the 20 years I have been actively involved in federal politics, I have, on many occasions, encountered veterans who were frustrated to see that those who fought on the front or took a direct part in a conflict are carrying a health card that they cherish.
