Mr. Crête (Kamouraska–Rivière-du-Loup), seconded by Mr. Mercier (Blainville–Deux-Montagnes), moved the following amendment, — That the motion be amended by deleting all the words after the word “That” and substituting the following: “Bill C–49, An Act to authorize remedial and disciplinary measures in relation to members of certain administrative tribunals, to reorganize and dissolve certain federal agencies and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, be not now read a second time but that it be read a second time this day six months hence”.
