Certains artistes deviennent très célèbres et n’ont certainement pas besoin du Parlement européen pour faciliter leurs conditions de mobilité et de retraite, mais il existe aussi d’excellents artistes qui, malheureusement, ne connaissent pas de grand succès. Ces artistes, qui sont nombreux, sont néanmoins des êtres humains - des travailleurs et des retraités qui méritent le même respect que tous les autres citoyens.
There are artists who become very famous and certainly do not need the European Parliament to facilitate their movement and pension conditions, but there are also excellent artists who unfortunately do not have great success; such artists, and there are many of them, are nonetheless human beings – workers and pensioners who deserve the same respect as all other citizens.
