(b) l'intégration d'un Centre de situation renforcé de l'UE au sein du Secrétariat du Conseil qui, conformément aux conclusions de la présidence du Conseil européen des 17 et 18 juin, permettra au Conseil, à compter du 1 janvier 2005, de procéder à des évaluations stratégiques des menaces fondées sur l'information des services nationaux, tout comme permettra un meilleur échange d'informations avec Europol;
(b) integrating a stronger EU situation centre in the Council Secretariat which would, in compliance with the provisions of the conclusions of the European Council meeting of 17 and 18 June, provide strategic threat evaluations based on information from national services, and ensure a better exchange of information with Europol from 1 January 2005 onwards;
