Monsieur le député, je ne suis pas une experte en sécurité aérienne, mais je comprends, comme citoyenne, que les Américains pensent qu'il y a présentement une menace à l'intégrité du territoire des États-Unis provenant d'avions qui évitent d'être inspectés par les autorités américaines, puisqu'ils partent de pays étrangers et sont censés atterrir dans un pays étranger.
Sir, I'm not an air security expert, but, as a citizen, I understand that the Americans think there is currently a threat to the integrity of the United States' borders stemming from aircraft that avoid inspection by U.S. authorities since they leave foreign countries and are supposed to land in a foreign country.
