The EC/EFTA Joint Committee having decided that the international computer network CCN/CSI should be used by all contracting parties to the above-mentioned Convention, the Agreement aims primarily to ensure that the technical specifications of the CCN/CSI will be complied with by Norway and requires it to pay/repay to the European Union's general budget all the costs of installation, maintenance and use of the system.
