J’estime que les risques CBRN internationaux doivent, eux aussi, être correctement analysés et inclus au plan d’action CBRN. Les actions préventives doivent donc être dotées d’un volet international mettant l’accent sur le respect des traités internationaux relatifs aux armes chimiques et nucléaires.
I believe that international CBRN risks should also be properly assessed by and included in the CBRN Action Plan, and therefore preventive actions must ensure an international dimension, emphasising the implementation of international agreements in the areas of nuclear and chemical weapons.
