(39) La Commission observe que les experts précisent en divers points du rapport qu'ils n'ont pas pu se rendre sur place, soit parce que les ouvrages en cause étaient inactifs, soit parce qu'ils avaient été déblayés par la surexcavation à ciel ouvert.
(39) The Commission notes that the experts state in various parts of their report that they were not able physically to visit the workings referred to as being inactive or used for the creation of mine waste tips in the open-cast top excavation zones.
