Le 26 août 2011, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d'un projet de concentration par lequel l'entreprise CITIC Dicastal Wheel Manufacturing («Dicastal», Chine), une filiale à 100 % de CITIC Group («CITIC Group», Chine), acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement CE sur les concentrations, le contrôle de l'ensemble de KSM Castings Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH et de KSM Castings Holding GmbH (conjointement «KSM», Allemagne), par achat d'actions.
On 26 August 2011, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking CITIC Dicastal Wheel Manufacturing (‘Dicastal’, China), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CITIC Group (‘CITIC Group’, China), acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of KSM Castings Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and of KSM Castings Holding GmbH (collectively ‘KSM’, Germany) by way of purchase of shares.
