La Commission européenne a autorisé, en vertu du règlement de l’UE sur les concentrations, l’acquisition, par Cinven Limited (UK) et Warburg Pincus International LLC (USA), de la prise de contrôle en commun de Casema Holding B.V. et Multikabel B.V., entreprises néerlandaises de câble. La Commission a abouti à la conclusion que l’opération en cause n’entraverait pas de manière significative une concurrence effective dans l’espace économique européen (EEE), ni dans une partie substantielle de celui-ci.
The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition by Cinven Limited (UK) and Warburg Pincus International LLC (USA) of joint control over the Dutch cable operators Casema Holding B.V. and Multikabel B.V. The Commission concluded that the proposed transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it.
