Sans préjudice du paragraphe 1, premier alinéa, lorsqu'un groupe de produits est défini conformément à l'article 4, paragraphe 2, premier alinéa, deuxième tiret, du règlement (CE) no 800/1999, les codes des produits appartenant au groupe peuvent figurer dans la demande de certificat et dans le certificat lui-même à la case 22, précédés de la mention «groupe de produits visés à l'article 4, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) no 800/1999».
3. Without prejudice to the first subparagraph of paragraph 1, where a product group as referred to in the second indent of the first subparagraph of Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 800/1999 is defined, the product codes belonging to the group may be entered in Section 22 of licence applications and licences, preceded by the statement, ‘product group referred to in Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 800/1999’.
