Je pense néanmoins que nous devons également faire preuve de prudence pour d’autres points et que nous devons bien faire comprendre aux États membres que s’ils veulent un marché intérieur unique et des dispositions homogènes en termes de protection des consommateurs, cela ne fonctionnera pas si nous partons du principe que «tout le monde peut en rajouter un peu», car cela sèmera à coup sûr la confusion auprès des consommateurs.
