La participation de la Sogepa dans Cockerill Sambre a été échangée le 17 décembre 2001 contre une participation de 8 % dans le capital d’Usinor laquelle, à son tour, est devenue, au début de 2002, une participation de 4,25 % dans le capital d’Arcelor (voir considérant 7).
Sogepa’s holding in Cockerill Sambre was exchanged on 17 December 2001 for an 8 % holding in the capital of Usinor, which, in turn, became, at the beginning of 2002, a 4,25 % stakeholder in the capital of Arcelor (see recital 7).
