129 (1) A parent Crown corporation shall, if directed by the Minister of Finance with the concurrence of the appropriate Minister, and may, if the Minister of Finance and the appropriate Minister approve, pay or cause to be paid all or any part of the money of the corporation or a wholly-owned subsidiary of the corporation to the Receiver General to be paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund and credited to a special account in the accounts of Canada in the name of the corporation or subsidiary, and the Receiver General, subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister of Finance may prescribe, may pay out, for the purposes of the corporation or subsidiary, or repay to the corporation or subsidiary, all or any part of the money credited to the special account.

6 (1) Every Public Official who is not a contributor under the Public Service Superannuation Act and who is not a member of a special pension plan established under the Special Retirement Arrangements Act shall, by reservation from the Public Official’s salary, contribute to the Consolidated Revenue Fund six per cent of that salary minus an amount equal to the amount the Public Official would be required to contribute under the Canada Pension Plan in respect of that salary if that salary, expressed in terms of an annual rate, were the total amount of the Public Official’s income for the year from pensionable employment as defined in that Act.

(2) If a person is not entitled to the spouse’s allowance because he has not satisfied the residence requirements under the legislation of Canada, then, provided that he has resided in the territories of the Parties in aggregate, for at least ten years, Canada will pay an amount of spouse’s allowance calculated in accordance with the legislation of Canada, and based on the relationship between the number of years of residence in Canada and the total of credited periods of residence in the territories of both Parties.

47. 47. Where a person, having been a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and having become entitled to an annuity or annual allowance under the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Act, for which he was not required to contribute, makes an election of the kind described in subsection 46(2), in addition to any amount he is, as a result of that election, required by that subsection to pay, that person shall pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund for credit to the account maintained in the accounts of Canada pursuant to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Superannuation Act, an amount equal to the amount of any annuity or annual allowance that has been paid to him out of that account prior to his making an election under subsection 46(2).
