The points directly related to the financial framework are included in the MFF Regulation , i.e. all aspects related to the annual adjustments of the financial framework, revision of the financial framework, adjusting the financial framework to cater for enlargement, duration of the framework and consequences of the absence of a framework, annex I giving the ceilings by heading for each year of the framework.
