Des progrès décisifs vers l’adoption des septièmes programmes-cadres (7ème PC) ont été réalisés en 2005, la Commission ayant présenté ses propositions couvrant la totalité du cadre juridique: en avril les programmes-cadres proprement dits (CE et Euratom), accompagnés d’une analyse d’impact ex ante approfondie, en septembre les programmes spécifiques et en décembre les règles de participation et de diffusion.
