Les personnes ou les cabinets visés au paragraphe 2 ne sollicitent ni n'acceptent de cadeaux, sous forme pécuniaire ou non pécuniaire, ni de faveurs de l'entité contrôlée ou de toute entité liée à l'entité contrôlée, sauf si leur valeur est susceptible d'être considérée par un tiers objectif, raisonnable et informé comme insignifiante ou négligeable.
Persons or firms referred to in paragraph 2 shall not solicit or accept pecuniary and non-pecuniary gifts or favours from the audited entity or any entity related to an audited entity unless an objective, reasonable and informed third party would consider the value thereof as trivial or inconsequential.

2. Sont également admis en franchise de droits à l’importation, sous les mêmes réserves, les cadeaux habituellement offerts à l’occasion d’un mariage, qui sont reçus par une personne répondant aux conditions prévues au paragraphe 1 de la part de personnes ayant leur résidence normale dans un pays tiers.
2. Subject to the same conditions, presents customarily given on the occasion of a marriage, which are received by a person fulfilling the conditions laid down in paragraph 1 from persons having their normal place of residence in a third country shall also be admitted free of import duties.
