Le gouvernement allemand a informé la Commission par lettre de juillet 1998 que la BvS était parvenue à vendre sa participation de 49 % dans l'entreprise commune Kali und Salz GmbH et qu'elle avait ainsi atteint son objectif qui était de privatiser entièrement cette société.
As it was BvS' goal to complete the privatisation of Kali and Salz GmbH, the German government informed the Commission by letter dated July 1998 that BvS had succeeded to sell its 49% participation in the joint venture Kali und Salz GmbH and thus to complete privatisation.
