Dans le respect de la législation nationale, il est vivement recommandé d'instaurer une coopération avec l'unité nationale Europol (UNE) pour garantir que le bureau Sirene sera informé de tout échange d'informations supplémentaires entre Europol et l'UNE concernant les signalements introduits dans le SIS II. Dans des cas exceptionnels, lorsque la communication au niveau national concernant les signalements introduits dans le SIS II passe par l'UNE, il convient que toutes les parties à la communication, notamment le bureau Sirene, soit informé de ce fait pour éviter toute confusion.
In accordance with national law, it is strongly recommended that cooperation with the National Europol Unit (ENU) should be established in order to ensure that the Sirene Bureau is informed of any exchange of supplementary information between Europol and the ENU concerning alerts in SIS II. In exceptional cases where communication at national level concerning SIS II alerts is done by the ENU, all parties to the communication, especially the Sirene Bureau, should be made aware of this fact to avoid confusion.
