In accordance with Articles 38(1) and 49(1) of the Regulation, the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union, the rules adopted jointly by the EU institutions for the purpose of applying those Staff Regulations and Conditions of Employment and the implementing measures adopted by the Support Office according to Article 38 (2) of the Regulation apply to nationals of Norway recruited as staff members by the Support Office.
