Il comportera notamment: a) un effort accru d'information sur les prêts de reconversion CECA et leurs possibilités d'intervention, notamment dans les régions qui n'ont pas tiré suffisamment parti de ces prêts jusqu'à présent; b) une plus grande responsabilité donnée au partenariat régional (Comités de suivi des Cadres Communautaires d'Appui) pour suivre et coordonner l'action de ces prêts avec les priorités de développement régional des CCA; c) une programmation jusqu'à fin 1993 du soutien financier apportée par la CECA sous forme de bonifications d'intérêts sur ces prêts; cette programmation comporte une allocation indicative régionale des crédits envisagés à ce titre dans le budget opérationnel de la CECA; d) une plus grande concentration géographique de l'aide apportée par les bonifications d'intérêts sera recherchée au cours de l'année 1992, en coopération avec les Etats membres, afin d'aider en priorité les régions éligibles au FEDER, c'est à dire celles ayant le plus de difficultés à réaliser la reconversion des industries CECA; e) les prêts de reconversion seront également concentrés sur les secteurs d'activités reconnus comme prioritaires dans les Cadres Communautaires d'Appui; f) dans des cas exceptionnels justifiés par la situation socio-économique régionale, une bonification d'intérêts supplémentaire pourra être apportée par les ressources de la CECA ou par celles du Fonds Européen de Développement Régional.
It will comprise in particular: a) an increased effort to provide information about ECSC conversion loans and the possibilities for assistance, particularly in those regions which have not made sufficient use of these loans until now; ./. - 2 - b) greater responsibility will be given to the regional partnership (Monitoring Committees of the Community Support Frameworks) to monitor and coordinate these loans with the regional development priorities in the CSF; c) ECSC financial support in the form of interest-rate subsidies on these loans will be programmed until end of 1993; this programming consists of a regional indicative allocation in the operational budget of the ECSC of the appropriations envisaged in this connection; d) greater geographical concentration of aid in the form of interest- rate subsidies will be sought during 1992, in cooperation with the Member States, giving priority to the regions eligible for ERDF assistance, i.e. those having the greatest difficulties with the conversion of ECSC industries; e) the conversion loans will also be concentrated on the sectors given priority in the Community support frameworks; f) in exceptional cases justified by the socio-economic situation of a region, an additional interest-rate subsidy can be granted by the ECSC or the European Regional Development Fund.
