À la suite de la décision no 1080/2011/UE, la Commission a créé une plateforme de l'Union européenne de financement en mixage pour la coopération extérieure, afin d'optimiser le fonctionnement des mécanismes permettant de combiner les dons et les prêts à l'extérieur de l'Union, en particulier au niveau de la mise en œuvre du budget général de l'Union et des prêts de la BEI respectivement, et d'échanger les bonnes pratiques en matière de gouvernance et de critères d'évaluation au niveau des projets.
Following Decision No 1080/2011/EU, the Commission established an EU Platform for Blending in External Cooperation with a view to optimising the functioning of mechanisms for the blending of grants and loans outside the Union in particular in implementing the general budget of the Union and EIB loans respectively, and exchanging best practices on governance and on evaluation criteria at project level.
