Fifthly, the Lighthouse Reserve, being that part of Section 13, Prevost Island, Cowichan District, more particularly described as follows: Commencing from the high water mark at a point distant 22.42 chains from the southwest corner of said section; thence across an arm of the sea N 70° 30′ E, 6.20 chains to the high water mark on the north side of the said arm: this is the place of commencement; thence N 08° 00′ E, 7.24 chains; thence N 21° 30′ W, 11.79 chains; thence in a southeasterly direction along the coast line high water mark to Portlock Point; thence in a westerly direction continuing along the coast line high water mark to the said place of commencement, containing 7 1/3 acres, more or less [PID 009-724-095];
