Au lieu de créer une fondation, le fédéral devrait transmettre l'argent aux organismes provinciaux qui oeuvrent déjà dans le sens prévu par la Table de concertation et qui possèdent une bonne expertise.
Instead of creating a foundation the federal government should send money to the provincial organizations working toward the same goal as foreseen at the issue table and having the expertise.
