On devrait se demander, si tel est le désir du Bloc québécois, pourquoi cette motion n'est pas présentée à l'Assemblée nationale à Québec pour leur demander, à eux, de faire exactement ce que cette motion demande. Parce qu'en fait, ce qui est présenté devant l'Assemblée nationale, ce n'est certainement pas, à mon point de vue, démocratique et ce n'est surtout pas une mesure pour permettre aux Québécoises et aux Québécois de choisir leur avenir politique et constitutionnel.
We should ask ourselves, if this is the wish of the Bloc Quebecois, why was that motion not introduced in the Quebec National Assembly in order to ask the National Assembly to do precisely what that motion proposes, because what has been introduced in the National Assembly is certainly not, in my opinion, democratic and most of all it will not allow Quebecers to choose their political and constitutional future.
