From our understanding of early drafts that were shared with stakeholders back in the spring, it supported our view that the infrastructure requirements to achieve that 2 per cent mandate, and the volumes required to achieve that 2 per cent mandate, would take about 30 to 36 months to put in place after the regulations are finalized.
