La Commission européenne a décidé aujourd'hui d'envoyer un avis motivé (la deuxième étape d'une procédure d'infraction) à l'Italie, qui n'a pas communiqué de motifs appropriés justifiant la fixation d’un objectif en matière de biocarburants largement inférieur à la valeur de référence (2%) pour 2005 prévue par la directive sur les biocarburants .
The European Commission has decided today to send a reasoned opinion (the second step of an infringement procedure) to Italy for failure to provide adequate reasons for setting a biofuel target considerably lower than the 2% reference value for 2005 laid down by the biofuels directive .
