(b) La réduction visée à l'article 13, paragraphe 1, de l'AOW ne s'applique pas aux années civiles antérieures à la date du 2 août 1989 durant lesquelles, entre sa quinzième et sa soixante-cinquième année, la personne mariée ou qui a été mariée n'était pas assurée en vertu de la législation précitée tout en résidant sur le territoire d'un État membre autre que les Pays-Bas, si ces années civiles coïncident avec des périodes d'assurance accomplies par son conjoint sous cette législation ou avec des années civiles à prendre en compte en vertu du point 2a), pour autant qu'ils aient été mariés ensemble pendant ces périodes.
(b) The reduction referred to in Article 13(1) of the AOW shall not apply to calendar years prior to 2 August 1989 during which, between the ages of 15 and 65, a person who is or was married was not insured under the above legislation, whilst being resident in the territory of a Member State other than the Netherlands, if these calendar years coincide with periods of insurance completed by the person's spouse under that legislation or with calendar years to be taken into account under point 2(a), provided that the couple's marriage subsisted during that time.
