(21) Par ailleurs, la Commission a rappelé que la décision définitive dans l'affaire C 41/99 concernant Lintra Beteiligungsholding GmbH pouvait encore faire ressortir certaines créances détenues sur l'ex-Ilka qui devraient être ajoutées aux coûts du plan de restructuration actuel.
(21) The Commission also pointed out that as a result of the final decision in case C-41/99 Lintra Beteiligungsholding GmbH some additional claims against the former Ilka-old might arise that would have to be added to the costs of the present restructuring plan.
