En premier lieu, la Commission considère que l'injection de fonds s'élevant à 1 500 millions BFR ne contient pas d'éléments d'aide, étant donné que, conformément aux engagements pris par les autorités flamandes: - la contribution des partenaires Gimvindus et Begemann sera effectuée aux mêmes conditions et au prorata des parts respectivement détenues, l'entreprise publique Gimvindus n'étant pas actionnaire majoritaire; - les deux partenaires verseront leur égale contribution en espèces.
First, the Commission considers that a capital injection of 1500 mio BF does not contain aid as, according to a undertakings given by the Flemish authorities; - that the contribution of the partners Gimvindus and Begemann will be done on equal conditions and in proportion to their respective ownership, while the state owned partner Gimvindus does not have a majority share. - that both will pay their equal contribution in cash.
